Do you sell to the general public or contractors only?

We primarily serve licensed HVAC contractors, but we do sell to the general public as well. Please note that certain items - such as equipment, refrigerant (Freon), and other products that require a mechanical license, can only be sold to licensed professionals. For everything else, we’re happy to help homeowners and everyone in between get what they need.

Can I place an order over the phone, email, or online?

Absolutely! You can place an order by phone at (405) 233-0221, by email 367orders@winair.com, or through our online ordering portal if you have an account. Our team is happy to help however it's most convenient for you.

Do you offer delivery, and what areas do you service?

Yes, we offer delivery! We primarily service the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding areas. If you're outside that range, we may still be able to deliver depending on factors like order size, value, and timing. Give us a call at (405) 233-0221 to see if delivery is available for your location. We also offer Hot Shot delivery for urgent orders. Check out our page for all Hot Shot Inquiries.

Can I pick up my order same day?

Yes! Most in-stock items are available for same-day pickup during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For faster service, call ahead and we’ll have your order ready when you arrive.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

No minimum required! We’re happy to deliver orders of any size- whether it’s a single fitting or a full equipment load. Delivery availability may depend on timing and location, so just give us a call at (405) 233-0221 and we’ll get you taken care of.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Customers with approved accounts can also charge purchases to their line of credit. If you’d like to apply for credit with us, just fill our Credit Application below.

Are you open on weekends or holidays?

We’re open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We’re closed Sundays and major holidays, but we offer 24/7 on-call service for urgent needs, just give us a call anytime, and we’ll be there to help.
