
WARRANTY POLICY
When your HVAC system stops working, you need a solution quickly. At Central Oklahoma Winair, we’re here to help. Our in-house warranty specialist, Chris Caveny, will work with you to provide any manufacturer-covered replacement parts your equipment requires.
Please review the terms and conditions of your manufacturer’s warranty to understand what is covered, any limitations, and the steps required to maintain eligibility.
REGISTERING YOUR WARRANTY
Most manufacturers require that a licensed HVAC professional installs or inspects your equipment, including completing the initial startup. The installing contractor should provide you with a dated invoice that lists the equipment’s model and serial numbers, which are necessary for warranty validation.
Many brands also require that products be registered with the manufacturer within 30-60 days of installation to qualify for full warranty coverage. Be sure to check the manufacturer’s documentation provided with your equipment or visit their website for current warranty requirements.
LABOR WARRANTY
Central Oklahoma Winair does not provide labor coverage. Our warranty support applies to parts only, as defined by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any labor costs related to diagnosing, removing, or installing warranty parts are the responsibility of the customer.
Some installing contractors may offer optional labor warranties for an additional cost, ask your contractor about availability and pricing.
WARRANTY PARTS PROCESS
We provide manufacturer-authorized warranty replacement parts for qualifying equipment purchased from Central Oklahoma Winair.

If your request is made within 30 days of installation, there is no charge for the warranty part itself. Shipping fees may apply.

After 30 days, you may be required to purchase the replacement part upfront (including shipping and tax). Once the defective part is returned and verified, we will issue a refund for the part cost only.
To process your request, we may need additional documentation, such as:

Model and serial numbers

Proof of purchase

Installation invoice

Diagnostic reports
IMPORTANT NOTES

All warranty parts must be returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Failure to provide required documentation may delay or void your warranty claim.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
At Central Oklahoma Winair, we’re committed to providing quality HVAC products and ensuring they arrive in proper condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items by contacting our customer service team. All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
RETURNS FOR UNUSED PRODUCTS
We can only process returns and issue refunds for unused products purchased directly from Central Oklahoma Winair. To request a return, contact our customer service team within 60 days of the shipment date.
If you are returning a product due to our error, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost and arrange for return shipping. Please notify our customer service team immediately upon receipt of the incorrect item.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

Merchandise must be in resalable condition

The product must be free from damage, scratches, and defects

Merchandise must not have been installed

The original manufacturer packaging (including manuals, accessories, and packaging materials) must be intact and unopened

All free or promotional items, including accessories, must be included in the return

No writing, labels, or tape can be present on the original manufacturer packaging
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom orders, including custom ductwork

Scratch & Dent, Clearance, or Dent & Ding items

Built-to-order or special-order items
-
Overstock or final-sale products
